clerk

ClerkOptions requires publishableKey: string and secretKey: string, with optional resource: string. Issuer is derived from the publishable key; resource defaults to the validated public HTTP endpoint. Keys are server configuration, not tool inputs. The provider accepts verified Clerk OAuth JWT or opaque access tokens for a user and client. JWT token types must identify an access token, and required user/client claims must be present. Revoked/expired opaque tokens are rejected. Sessions, API keys, and M2M tokens are unsupported.

useAuth

The accessor is synchronous and provider-specific. Identity is copied/frozen per request; raw credentials and Clerk SDK methods are not exposed. Application code still enforces action-specific permissions/scopes. Toolgrain does not configure Clerk OAuth applications or run client login flows. See Clerk setup and the full authorization guide.
